| The biggest change at the Chances
Hotel complex is the addition of our brand new Shopping Mall adjacent to
the hotel property. Due to open soon, it is the first shopping complex
of its kind in the Volta Region. |

| The shopping areas are in two main
structures with a third building to be used as a warehouse. The largest
of the structures is a three-story block with approximately 628 square
meters of space per floor. The ground floor will be devoted to food and
beverages; the first floor will feature cosmetics and clothing; and the
second floor will be for electrical/electronics, furniture and home furnishings. |

| The second structure 813 square
meters and is a single story split level with additional basement space.
The main level will house a pharmacy, sporting goods store and an optical
shop, while the basement will have a clinic, barber shop, beauty salon,
gymnasium and a sauna. The warehouse building has 86 square meters for
storage. |
